Economic gravity
The 2019 bounce appears to be suffering from a case of gravity, very strong at first but with a steady deceleration. We’d probably all agree the sell-off into the end of 2018 was likely an overreaction, to a degree. And a portion of the 2019 bounce was probably just a correction of the oversoldness.
