Uncertainty is hitting the real estate market. Experts predict a drop in prices over the next few months, although opinions vary as to the extent of the upcoming fluctuations. One thing is sure: even if the market is still more favourable to sellers in Montreal, there are considerably fewer transactions and new properties listed for sale.
