If you already use OAA and have accessed it in 2018 or are currently receiving statements electronically, you will be able to log in with your current login id and password. After November 5, you will automatically be re-directed to MyRichardsonGMP and prompted to complete some additional details to enable our enhanced security measures and self-service password reset functions.

If you have not logged in this year or are not already enrolled, then you will have to follow a simple self-enrollment process that you can complete online.

One of the most requested new features available with MyRichardsonGMP is the ability to suppress paper mailings of your trade confirmations and tax slips; with electronic delivery notification by email of any new documents is provided. During the set-up process, you will need to update your statement, trade confirmation, and tax slip delivery preferences. To ensure client confidentiality and avoid delivery interruptions (e.g. Canada Post strike) we have defaulted these elections to suppress the paper mailings, but you can easily select paper if you wish

Once you access my MyRichardsonGMP you can:

• View a summary of all your account information upon login;
• Securely communicate and share documents with your Advisor Teams using Messages;
• Share account information with your spouse, accountant, or any trusted individual;
• Access your statements, trade confirmations, and tax documents. View and/or download a single document or export multiple documents to a folder on your computer;
• Create custom account groupings and nicknames for accounts to view your holdings;
• View your current holdings or historical holdings on a specific day;
• View transactions for a single account;
• Download your holdings or transaction activity for a single or multiple accounts to Excel or a CSV file;
• Search for transactions for a specific security or activity;
• Get an overview of the intra-day changes for each of the major indices on the Markets page;
• Obtain quotes for market-traded securities or currency exchange rates;
• Create a portfolio watchlist for your securities or those that you want to follow;
• Read up-to-date news related to the indices displayed or the quote information requested in the News section.
