Importance of having a will

Aretha Franklin recently died without having a will in place, leaving an estimated estate of US$80,000,000. Another great reminder of the importance of having a will and reviewing it every couple of years. Even if her heirs all agree and there is no conflict, dying intestate will result in a greater tax bill and delays in settling the estate.

For all of our clients, a reminder to take out your will periodically, grab a drink and have a read! Changes are coming to Online Account Access…
