Client Feedback Survey

A big thank you to all our clients who completed our online Client Feedback Survey last month. The response rate was over 27%, which is terrific in surveys of this nature. Your responses help us in several ways: highlighting the issues that concern you, and identifying areas in which we can serve you better.

A couple of interesting themes from the survey:

• clients want advice on discussing their finances with family, holding family meetings, and educating millennials about money
   
• clients want to better understand how our investment approach protects you in down markets.

We will be sure to discuss these and several other important findings with you individually at your next review.

Richardson doubles capacity at Vancouver Port Terminal and sets shipping records

As you drive across the Second Narrows Bridge from Vancouver to North Vancouver, you may have noticed construction over the last 18 months to expand one of the grain shipping terminals. The terminal is run and owned by Richardson International, which is a sister company of Richardson GMP. Last year the terminal shipped 5.2 million tons of grain out of the Port of Vancouver. It is a key piece of infrastructure to get Canadian grain to global markets.
