As we’ve just officially started summer, we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the summer markets around the BC Lower Mainland. Here is a link to Tourism Vancouver’s site.
Two noticeable absences are the Shipyards Night Market (Friday Nights 5-10pm until September 25 at the Shipbuilders’ Square in North Vancouver) and a little further afield, the Whistler Farmers’ Market (Sundays 11am to 4pm until October 11 and Wednesdays in July and August in the Upper Village). When an RRSP annuitant (holder) passes away, it is often possible to roll over the RRSP to a beneficiary on a tax-deferred basis. If the beneficiary is a spouse, common-law partner or a financially dependent child or grandchild with a mental or physical disability, the beneficiary can request that the proceeds roll over to the beneficiary’s RRSP or RRIF.
